How we handle what you send us

We collect what you type into the early-list form so we can contact you about DirectTranspo. We don't sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@directtranspo.com.

DirectTranspo is a product of LL Tech LLC. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean LL Tech LLC. You can reach us at support@directtranspo.com or by mail at [MAILING ADDRESS].

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the early-list form on it. It does not cover the DirectTranspo application. Student and staff information a school district puts into the application is governed by that district's agreement with us and by student privacy law, including FERPA.

What we collect

When you join the early list, we collect what you enter:

Your name and work email
Your role
Your school district and state
Your number of daily routes, if you give it
Your answer about the hardest part of routing, if you give one
Whether you're open to a call
Your phone number, if you give it. We ask for it only if you'd like a call.

Please don't include any student's name or other student information in the form.

Collected automatically: This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Its fonts and files are served from our own site. Our hosting provider keeps server logs of requests to the site, [CONFIRM WHAT RAILWAY'S LOGS RECORD, SUCH AS IP ADDRESS, AND HOW LONG THEY ARE KEPT].

How we use it

To contact you about DirectTranspo, including when a demo is ready
To schedule a call, if you said you're open to one
To understand how transportation offices plan routes, so we build the right features

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the two service providers that run this website, and only so they can do that work for us: Railway, which hosts the website and the database your signup is saved in, and Resend, which delivers the email that tells us a signup arrived. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your choices

Email support@directtranspo.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to stop hearing from us. Every email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe.

Children

This website is for school district staff. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you send us. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
